コウティー | 精神科ナース on Instagram: "他の投稿はこちら→@k.seishin_nurse 今回は精神科の入院形態について解説✍️ ——————————————— ▶︎任意入院(精神保健福祉法20条) 精神保健指定医の診察不要 本人の退院希望があれば原則退院が可能であるが、精神保健指定医が入院継続する必要があると判断した場合、72時間以内の退院制限が可能 この退院制限時間内に他の入院形態に切り替えることも可能 ▶︎医療保護入院(33条) 指定医の診察の結果、入院が必要と判断されるが、本人が入院を拒否していて任意入院は困難とみなされた場合の入院形態 同意は家族等(配偶者、親権者、扶養義務者、後見人、保佐人)もしくは家族等がいなければ市町村長の同意での入院が可能 特定医師による診察での入院も可能であるが、12時間以内に限る ▶︎応急入院(33条の7) 緊急に入院の必要があるが、本人が入院に同意せず、家族等の同意も得ることができない場合の緊急性があるが、自傷他害のおそれはない場合の入院形態 指定医の診察が必要であり、入院期間は72時間と限定されている 入院先は指定病院でな
